FH – Flora Hellenica
The Flora Hellenica was planned as a modern critical flora for Greece in a format equivalent to that in Flora Europaea comprising all species and subspecies of vascular plants from Greece (estimated to be ca. 6,600). The Flora also presents detailed distribution information within Greece. Of the 10 projected volumes only 2 have been published so far (Volume 1: 1997, Volume 2: 2002). Currently the project is essentially dormant due to lack of funding and there are no plans for continuation in the near future.
