Annotation: The Ionian populations of the variable Hypericum perforatum generally correspond to narrow-leafed morphotypes predominant in southern Europe. They are often classified under subsp. veronense (as in »Vascular Plants of Greece«: Dimopoulos & al. 2013: 103, Dimopoulos & al. 2016: 316) but their taxonomic status within this partially apomictic species has not yet been solved (compare the critical note in Greuter 2012: 56).
